Vacant / Full Stage & Photo-Day Crew

Empty rooms are hard for buyers to read, and photographs of bare floors and blank walls often make a home look smaller than it is. At Riviera Edit, vacant and full staging uses our owned furniture, accessories, and art to give each room a clear purpose and a readable scale. We plan the layout, install the pieces, and remove them when the staging term ends. Full staging is offered only on homes listed by Marie Morgenstern and John Morgenstern, under a separate staging agreement.

A vacant home needs a coherent story from room to room, not a scattering of furniture in the largest spaces. We time every install around the photographer, so the house is complete, lit, and styled when the camera arrives. At Riviera Edit, the photo-day crew handles final styling the morning of the shoot, and photo-morning styling is also offered as a separate product for team listings. None of this inventory is brought to the Edit consultation, which remains a planning appointment only.

A staged home has to hold up well beyond photo day, through showings, open houses, and weeks on the market. At Riviera Edit, we plan staging with the same listing perspective we bring to every Edit, informed by transactions up to $22.9 million. We coordinate delivery, installation, touch-ups, and removal so the seller is not managing another vendor mid-move. Any digitally altered or virtually staged image is labeled and linked to its unaltered original.
