At Riviera Edit, the Edit is available to any seller working with any agent, and the agent is welcome to attend. We cover room function, declutter, furniture plan, paint, lighting, window treatments, and art, then hand back a written plan the agent can reference through the whole prep window. That replaces a difficult conversation with an objective, prioritized list.

Sellers frequently hear the same recommendation differently when it comes from a trained third party. We keep the plan practical and budget-aware, with every item tagged and ranked so the agent and seller can agree on scope quickly. At Riviera Edit, a one-page summary is written specifically for the listing agent and emailed within 48 hours alongside the full PDF. The photo-day sequence helps the agent coordinate photographers and vendors around a finished house rather than a half-finished one.

We are licensed agents ourselves, so we understand listing timelines, photo dates, and the pressure of a launch week. We bring no furniture or accessories to the consult, so the appointment stays focused on the seller's own rooms.
